。Thanks for signing up!。   Removing the phone's back panel and scratching its paint to make it transparent was easy enough. Where it gets tricky, though, is cutting up a piece of the metal-and-plastic cover that obscures the mechanism even when the back panel is removed.。Don't try this at home.Credit: JerryRigEverything
。 The process is dangerous, definitely voids all warranties and probably makes the phone less waterproof. But the end result is absolutely gorgeous, and the pop-up camera mechanism is very cool to behold.。 If you like the idea of a phone with a transparent back, there's an easier way to get one. The Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer Edition is one such device, though it doesn't have any moving parts, and it's not actually showing real electronic components.
