According to LeBron James, Donald Trump has a very poor understanding of what athletes actually talk about in locker rooms.

Audio released over the weekend revealed Trump making explicit comments about women in 2005. Trump, who can be heard making references to groping women, later called the words "locker room talk" at the second presidential debate.

A few professional athletes — you know, the ones who spend time in locker rooms — shared their thoughts, even if one of them did so by choosing not to say anything.

On Wednesday, James, a four-time NBA MVP, didn't hold back when asked about Trump's comments.

“What is locker room talk to me?" James said. "It’s not what that guy said. We don’t disrespect women in no shape or fashion in the locker room. That never comes up."

James has publicly endorsed Hillary Clinton, so his response isn't surprising.

On the other end of the spectrum, there's Tom Brady, the NFL superstar who had a "Make America Great Again" hat in his locker last year, when he said it would "be great" if Trump became president.

Brady was asked about locker room talk on Wednesday and declined to comment, ending the press conference by walking out.

Other athletes shared their opinions on Twitter over the weekend, including Oakland A's pitcher Sean Doolittle, who's been outspoken on popular issues this year.

Unfortunately for Trump, no professional athletes, so far, appear willing to publicly back his comments about "locker room talk."
